What happens to your time card
Everything you enter is worked out inside your browser, by code that runs on your device. Nothing you type is sent to a server. There is no account to create and no form that submits.
So that your card is still there if you close the tab and come back, the browser keeps a copy in its own local storage on your device. That copy never leaves the device. Pressing Clear the card deletes the times you entered; your rate, your settings and the name on the card stay, so next week's card is ready to fill in. Clearing your browser data deletes all of it.
Downloads
The Excel file and the print view are generated on your device from what you entered. They are not uploaded anywhere, and we never see them.
Visitor counting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits. It is a small script Cloudflare adds to each page. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not fingerprint your browser. It records that a page was viewed, from which country, on what kind of device, and how fast the page loaded. It cannot see what you type into a calculator. Blocking it with an ad blocker or privacy extension breaks nothing on the site.
Advertising
There is none at the moment. If the site earns enough visitors it will carry ordinary display advertising, and this page will say exactly what is loaded, what it can see, and how to opt out, before the first advert appears. Any advertising will follow Google's publisher policies and will never have access to what you type into a calculator.
What is never loaded
Fonts, scripts and images all come from this site's own address. Nothing is fetched from Google, Facebook or any advertising network.
